About Our Mission

Our mission is to advance the independence and productivity of all our clients and assist them in living up to their full potential with the provision of uninterrupted individualized and quality services that focus on their strengths while paying special attention and caring for their disabilities.​

We encourage and require family intervention, public/community involvement that will ensure optimal and innovative growth to meet the needs and demands of all our clients.

We provide supportive living, case management, and specialized medical
supplies services to clients who have:

  • Severe, Chronic Developmental Disabilities

  • Maintain their eligibility

  • Meet requirements for ICF/MR Level of Care

  • Disability onset before age 22

  • Monthly earnings of $2,200 or less

  • Intellectual Disability-IQ 70 or below

  • Epilepsy (seizure disorder)

  • Cerebral Palsy

  • Autism

  • Other Mental Illness
